Courtney has been busy cutting all of her ponies hair. She doesn't just cut it all of, there is some kind of styling goning on. some hair is shorter than others and some pieces are left long. And she talks to her 'customers' while she cuts. If you have ever seen Wall-E she sounds just like the out of wack beauty robot. You can hear her repeating,"Uh hun, uh hun, you look gorgeous!"

Courtney's "Gargles"

I don't know exactly where she came up with this, but this is the new way to bike; with swim gogles on. It was all her idea. After falling of the tricycle with out her pads and scrapping her elbows she tries to always remember them. And she asked me if they made belly pads after that fall.

Courtney's "One Wheel" Bike

She now out weighs the limit on the seat that she used to ride on, so we haven't been on a family bike ride since mid june. After she had a dream about riding her two wheeled bike, her and I had a discussion about get a bike she could ride with me. After looking on line and getting discourged by the price of these trailer bikes, I called a used bike shop in town and they suggested I check Craigs List and found one well in our budget, a third of the retail price and actually cheaper than the bigger tricycle we were thinking of getting. We have gone for a 30 minute ride around the nieghborhood everyday since we got it! If she pedals it really helps up the hills, but she cannot brake. She went from afraid of the down hills, to begging for them. She insist on her elbow pads and knees pads, cautious as always. We road with Baba yesterday and Courtney was trying to race him, but he has gears and we were no match for him! But laughed so hard we almost couldn't pedal when he made a racing face(picture teeth gritted, bent over the handle bars, pedaling hard to pass by us)!

We found a dance class very close to home so we may be seen on mondays biking to dance and to her friend Bella's house.

Next time, perhaps, we should insist that the passerby take more than one photo or ask for there photography references, before shoving a camera in their hands. the only person missing is David. Hey! Hill look at the camera!

Fun at Burmil Park!

This is why you should shower before entering the pool. We didn't realize that the night before while Courtney was painting, a significant amount of blue paint ended up in her hair. her hair is dark, it was dark, we were tired.

We splashed around for more than two hours before heading home!
