Sew what have you been doing lately?

I have a library book (Fabric Scrapping by Katie Ebben) an Tait's birthday (she already has lots of bunnies)to thank for these little guys. They where a fun adventure in turning and stuffing because they are so small. Courtney wanted all of them so I had to make alot more than i thought but theyuse so little fabric I could make alot more without making a dent in the stash.

Bunnies multipy like crazy. these were fun to make the idea taken from the yancyville street Curbside market here in Greensboro. This lovely woman makes and sells them. She calls them bed Bunnies and modeled them off of a bunny her mother made for her form scraps that she really"loved"(nearly chewed off an ear) as a child. Courtney wanted to hug one right away. I added lavendar flowers to them to help the little ones calm down at bed time.

the Tulips are gone..but now the irises have finally bloomed!

I have been waiting two years to see the one around the tree and is appears as if they are a majority yellow. But they will bloom next week. I found out that the purple irises came from a garden in our neighborhood that long ago was worthy of being on a tour. My neighbor said that they came on tour buses from all around to see this woman's irises and she gave them to the neighbors that I got them from.

How much fun can YOU have with ribbons?
